Staff Field Trip Proposal

Field trips are a valuable opportunity to enhance student learning and engagement beyond the classroom. To ensure coordination, safety, and alignment with our educational goals, all staff-led trips must be proposed in advance using the Field Trip Proposal Form.
Please review the following before submitting your proposal:
All proposals must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the intended trip date.
Include details such as the purpose of the trip, location, transportation needs, supervision plans, and any associated costs.
Once submitted, your proposal will be reviewed for approval. You may be contacted if additional information is needed.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for next steps, including permission slips, risk management, and optional student registration forms.
