We fully understand the importance of finding the best school or training program. Each of our students works with a caring advisor to create a personalized learning plan centered around their academic, social, interests, and emotional needs. CYDI uses this plan to maximize student learning, set specific learning goals, identify social and emotional learning needs and supports, and coordinate interventions. CYDI programs build core skills – reading, writing, and math – as well as skills in entrepreneurship, problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking that young people need for work, to start a business, and to engage productively in their communities.
