Union—an inspiring milestone led by our Department of Labor YouthBuild Construction Pre-apprenticeship students.

This isn’t just about bricks and beams, it’s about building futures. These passionate young adults are gaining real-world experience, learning trades, and proving that with the right support,

they can shape both their communities and their careers. Through their sweat and skill, a family will have a place to call home, and the entire neighborhood will feel the ripple effect of positive change.
